SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping and delivery of our products. You must live within 25 miles for the delivery option.
As for shipping, you can choose from ground delivery and priority mail. The price will depend on both the size of your order (weight) and where you are shipping it to as USPS charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Basil & Rex pride ourselves in the quality of our products. If for some reason you receive a defective product we will refund your money. Another option we offer is an even exchange for the same product or another product that has the same cost. You must contact us within 2 weeks with a photo of the defective product at basilandrex@gmail.com for a full refund. Thank you for working with us. ​
